Getting Diagnosed
An accurate diagnosis of pulmonary fibrosis, especially the type of PF, is important. A referral to a clinic or a specialist/respirologist specializing in Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD) or Pulmonary Fibrosis is recommended. ILD/PF Clinics or ILD/PF Specialists/Respirologists.
Respiratory Rehabilitation and Exercise
Keeping active and especially exercising can be very beneficial for those living with pulmonary fibrosis (PF).
