DESCRIPTION:Groupe de soutien national virtuel en français\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDuring this presentation\, registered respiratory therapists (RRTs) Kelsey Kress and Natalie Collins\, representatives from VitalAire\, will explain the different oxygen equipment and their uses\, as well as answer any questions you may have about them. \n  \nKelsey Kress is an RRT and CPSGT\, working as a Clinical Expert Educator for Air Liquide in Alberta and Saskatchewan. She has over a decade of experience treating patients with a range of respiratory diagnoses\, including Pulmonary Fibrosis and helping to improve quality of life with oxygen and pulmonary rehabilitation. Kelsey has an exceptional amount of care and compassion for all patients\, and takes an interest in educating the patients in all aspects of the diagnosis and treatment. \nNatalie Collins was born and raised in the small town of Chapleau\, Ontario. In her 22 years of working in respiratory therapy\, she has held various positions from critical care in hospital\, managing the neurodiagnostic program at Timmins and District Hospital\, spearheading the new VitalAire branch in Thunder Bay and her current role with Air Liquide as the Clinical Expert Educator for Ontario. Natalie also holds the distinction of being a recognised Technical Community Leader for Air Liquide. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWatch

Join us as they share their journeys and inspire hope.  \nBrianna Hennessy is an accomplished athlete and Paralympian in paracanoe and parakayak for Team Canada. She also represented Canada at the 2023 Wheelchair Rugby Women’s Cup. Prior to her injury\, she competed in able-body rugby\, ice hockey\, ball hockey and was a provincial champion in boxing.  \nFollow Brianna on Instagram: @breezerhennessy \nCandice Combdon is a Para-athlete living with Spina Bifida. When she had her right leg amputated due to recurring infections resulting from Spina Bifida\, she found her place in Parasport. She competes for Team Ontario and Team Canada as a wheelchair tennis athlete.  \nFollow Candice on Instagram: @candice_combdon \nJessica Lewis is three-time Paralympian\, competing for Bermuda in the sport of Para-athletics. She is the current ParaPan Am Games record holder in the T53 100m\, and at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games\, finished 4th in the T53 100m Final. DESCRIPTION:Groupe de soutien national virtuel en français\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDuring this presentation\, Dr. Rebecca Colman will be presenting on palliative care and symptom management in ILD with the role of cannabis to alleviate symptoms. \n  \nDr. Rebecca Colman is a respirologist and palliative care physician at Sinai Health System and an Assistant Professor in the divisions of Respirology and Palliative Medicine at UofT. She trained in respirology and completed clinical fellowships in lung transplantation and palliative medicine all at UofT. She has an MSc in Quality Improvement and Patient Safety through the Institute for Health Policy Management and Evaluation\, at UofT. \nHer focus is on improving quality of life for patients with end-stage lung disease through work in the lung transplant program and in program development in palliative and supportive management for patients with non-malignant disease. \n  \n  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWatch
