Dr. Daniel Marinescu is a respirologist in Vancouver, British Columbia. He received a clinical and research fellowship at St. Paul’s Hospital with the support of funding from the Canadian Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation. When he first started his clinical training in respirology, he was taken aback by how devastating a diagnosis of pulmonary fibrosis is, often carrying with it a prognosis worse than many cancers.
