Advance Care Planning (ACP) is an ongoing process of reflecting on your values, goals, and preferences for care at every stage of life. It’s also about sharing your wishes with your loved ones. Join Dr. Tim Heibert, a palliative medicine specialist and educator from Winnipeg, Manitoba, as he discusses the importance of ACP.

In this session, Dr. Heibert will offer valuable insights on planning for the future and share tips for making your wishes known. He will also shed light on the role of palliative care, debunking myths and emphasizing that it’s not just for the final days of life, but a focus on improving quality of life while managing incurable illness.
