When you become a monthly CPFF donor, you will join our Hope Heroes Monthly Giving Program. Your ongoing support allows us to advocate for faster, more equitable treatment, offer vital resources and support networks, fund critical research and awareness building efforts.
The more monthly donors there are like you, the better we can help people across Canada who need to breathe easier. And, as a CPFF Hope Hero, we’ll show you the real impact you’re making with regular videos, emails, and reports.

Your monthly $25 gift in 2025 becomes $50 each month
When you sign up to donate a minimum of $25 a month in 2025, it will automatically multiply thanks to a generous donor who will match your gift dollar for dollar.
This means CPFF will receive $600 from your $300 total contribution after 12 months.

- Pledge $25 or more each month on your credit card, or debit card.
- CPFF will track your donation and share it with our generous donor who will match your gift dollar for dollar.
- You can change the amount, date, and payment information, or cancel any time you want.

Pulmonary fibrosis (PF) is a rare disease, so it is not often top of mind when people are experiencing early symptoms. Early detection is crucial for prompt intervention, which can change the trajectory of the disease. So, primary care professionals, as well as all Canadians, need to know the early signs of PF and get the resources they need.
