Registered Dietitian Jill Anderson from the Wellness Institute in Winnipeg, will discuss the role of nutrition when living with chronic lung disease. Together we will review key aspects of healthy eating patterns and identify nutrients to prioritize. We’ll discuss common challenges and barriers to healthy eating and review practical tips to help you get the most out of your meals.
Meet Jill Anderson, Registered Dietician
Jill is a Registered Dietitian at The Wellness Institute here in Winnipeg. She has 10 years of experience working as a dietitian in the areas of chronic disease management, women’s health, long-term care and obesity care. Jill provides one on one nutrition counselling services at the Wellness Institute Clinic and is also involved in their risk reduction and weight loss clinic, as well as their pulmonary and cardiac rehabilitation programs. Jill is passionate about empowering people to achieve lasting health outcomes by helping them integrate practical nutrition and self-care habits into their lifestyle.
