National Patient Support Group – December 5

Gather virtually with other PF patients from across the country to share ideas, experiences, support one another.

These facilitator-led patient support group meetings will happen on the first Tuesday of every month at 2:00PM ET.

You need to register in advance for this meeting in order to be able to attend.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

Please note that you need to register to each session you wish to attend.
