Jamp Pharma took the CPFF Pucker Up Challenge to experience what it’s like to have chronic shortness of breath. Most of us take breathing for granted. For people with a lung disease like pulmonary fibrosis (PF), breathing is HARD WORK.
To show support for people living with PF, gather your colleagues, friends, or family and take the Pucker Up Challenge. First, grab a drinking straw, then pucker up and… breathe! Block your nose with one hand, and breathe through the straw. It’s harder than you think! Breathe slowly and deeply.
