Virtual Fitness for Breath Spring Program

Fitness for Breath is an exercise maintenance program and support group for people living with chronic lung conditions run by the Lung Health Foundation.
- You’ll learn the importance of staying active for life
- Designed for patients living with chronic lung disease
- Goal is to increase knowledge of fundamental movement skills
- Show health-related benefits of suitable exercise
Mondays & Wednesdays – 3 sessions daily (10:30AM, 12:00PM, 1:30PM ET), Eastern Time, via Zoom, from April 17 to June 21.
The Canadian Pulmonary Fibrosis does not run nor supervise this activity. The Lung Health Foundation funds, runs and supervises this activity. Both organizations assume no further responsibility or liability for those who choose to participate. Individuals are responsible for ensuring their own safety when participating in the activity. We encourage everyone to consult their healthcare provider before starting this or any new exercise program.
