This is Abbie’s great Grandma Tess (lost to PF in the ’80s). This is where our Clarke story started and as you can see the disease has been around far too long. Great Grandma/ Grandma/ Mother/ Wife/Friend – she could spread her love around like no other. She is very proud today of her kids and grandkids for all they do, I am sure of that.
Mom, you and our siblings are still thought of every single day!
