I started a fundraiser in the memory of my father Clare ‘Charlie’ Taylor who lived with pulmonary fibrosis for the last decade of his life. Watching my dad get on his recumbent bike every day, to pedal for a couple of km, inspired me to keep going in many other endeavors I’ve undertaken in my life. Now, in his name and memory, I climbed Mount Kilimanjaro (the highest single free-standing mountain above sea level in the world – 19,341ft / 5,895m) from February 19th to 28th, with my two friends Paul and Will.
Thank you for supporting me in raising more than $10,000 CAD for the Canadian Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation. Because breathing should NEVER be hard work!

Skott Taylor summits Mount Kilimanjaro
Skott Taylor is back from his monumental climb of Mount Kilimanjaro. Congratulations to Skott on making it to the top in memory of his dad Clare ‘Charlie’ Taylor and for and helping CPFF spread awareness for pulmonary fibrosis….literally spreading the word from mountain tops.
We are truly grateful for his commitment and for the support of this CPFF community in helping him raise over $10,000!
