My parents, Margaret and Bruce Hill, both passed from IPF. My Mom’s sister is currently battling IPF. Mom passed in March 2006 and after looking after Mom, Dad was diagnosed a year after her passing and he passed in December 2010. Mom passed in my arms and Dad lived with me and I had the honor to care for him in my home until a few hours before he passed. They both were amazing in their fights to survive. They would be pleased with the progress made in the research and advancement in treatments for IPF since their passing. I admire your strength, miss you every day and love you forever!
