Just an update as I have started to ride and record kilometers on the Bike Trails of Nova Scotia.
On Tuesday, I did an interview with CTV Live at Five and then rode 25 K to Tantallon. As I got off my bike for a rest and to talk about Hope Breaths Here, I felt my left Goin tear. I could barely walk and wondered how I would get back 25K to my car. Once on the bike I was okay until I got to my car. I am now laid up for a while but will get back on the bike in 7 to 10 days. I have now done 145 K in training and look forward to many more.
Please encourage your friends to support me in raising my goal of $25,000.00. As a single lung transplant person on March 12, 2021 this is a real challenge for me but I feel I must give something back. Please help.
